**Curriculum Development Associate**

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Reports to: Content Lead, Global Studies

As a Curriculum Development Associate, you will support the creation of a wide variety of world-class content for GIFT.ed, including videos, articles, marketing materials, platform assets, and more. Our curriculum boasts a broad range of cutting-edge topics that are central to helping learners create social and commercial value in their personal and professional lives. These include socioeconomic development, globalisation, sustainability, geopolitics, governance, and more.

AI - to produce a world-class digital learning ecosystem.

Ultimately, this is an exciting and creative position that will allow you to learn about complex global issues, improve your strategic thinking, build skills around product development, and hone your writing skills, all while helping global organisations to address some of the world’s most pressing challenges through your work.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

**Curriculum Development**:

- Working with GIFT.ed’s Curriculum team on the long-term strategic direction of GIFT.ed’s content areas based on the world’s most pressing needs.
- Playing a key role in the curriculum development process by researching and connecting with global experts, who will act as GIFT.ed’s virtual faculty.
- Reviewing and scripting interviews with global experts to produce videos that meet learning objectives.
- Curating and producing content that appears on the platform, including videos on topics of global importance, key articles on current affairs, marketing materials, and more.
- Adapting and incorporating existing curriculum efforts, including publications and field-based projects, to take the curriculum to the next level.
- Working with the Curriculum team and Product Development team to strategise the improvement of different features on the platform, including:
**o **An AI-driven intelligent search tool.
**o **A dashboard of metrics for individual learners for analytical purposes.
**o **Live-engagement sessions with learners.
**o **Projects of varying complexity, from individual assignments to international group projects with partner organisations from across the world.

**-**Leveraging analytics and working collaboratively with Community Managers to keep learner engagement high.

**-**Developing new features based on client needs and industry-leading trends.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- 3+ years of professional experience in a technical or commercial role.
- Bachelor’s degree (politics, international relations, sustainable development, economics preferred).
- A keen interest in topics central to our curriculum e.g., socioeconomic development, economic transformation, geopolitical equity, globalisation, sustainability, and the evolving roles of business, government, and civil society in the 21st century.
- Ability to remain detail-oriented and focused when processing large amounts of text.
- Relevant industry experience is a bonus, in the areas of executive education, e-learning, professional services, or consulting and advisory.
