**Job Highlights**:
- Located in Hyatt House, Kuala Lumpur
**Responsibilities**:
- Handling day-to-day operations independently (eg: Administration Hotel Limo Counter, Supervised Drivers)
- Data creation and entries.
- Prepare transport documentations bookings and other documentations
- Generating, submission and booking bagging orders for manipulation. (eg: Scheduling for limo booking)
- Daily interactions with customers and hotel on booking status and other related work.
- To maintain a close relationships and provide quality services.
- To ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints regarding operation services level.
- Liaise with management & account dept.
**Job Requirements**:
- At least SPM/Diploma in relevant discipline.
- Customer focused and a great team player who is able to work independently.
- Can work under pressure & long hours.
- Strong in operations and customer service related industry.
- Having basic knowledge in Microsoft Office.
