**Primary Objective**:

- Manage the Projects under CCRIS
- Assure the Bank is in compliance with BNM SREF requirements issued in 2016
- Assist in the compilation for SREF (monthly / ad-hoc) where necessary
- Co-ordinate and manage and collaborate with CCRIS team to ensure proper validated data, accuracy of data is submitted to BNM.
- Manage CCRIS Projects Unit of the Bank and RHB Islamic Bank and ensure the unit timely submission of weekly and month-end CCRIS data files to BNM, respond to CCRIS Data Verification queries within the deadline set and co-ordinate CCRIS data cleansing activities with system owners, business units and IT.

Rectification of differences between FISS and CCRS / extraction issues that require changes in IT/ with CCRIS/ other

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the CCRIS related projects to ensure successful & complete.
- Lead the CCRIS team and Project team for the Banking Group complies with CCRIS Guidelines and timeline for data submission to BNM.
- Lead the CCRIS team addresses the rejection data, data quality and monthly SREF reporting and proper tracking of responsible parties (be it CCRIS / others) to document and update the progress.
- Analyze the rejected data from BNM and Bank’s IT for solutions to rectify and resolve all CCRIS Data.
- Co-ordinate CCRIS team initiate change requests to IT for program fixes and cater for new reporting requirements, participate actively in UATs and provide sign-offs to IT to promote the relevant changes to production environment.
- Participate in the Bank’s new projects or enhancement to systems which have impact on CCRIS and conduct UATs
- Handle the enhancements data extraction program changes and ensure meet with CCRIS reporting requirements.
- Assist on SREF issued by BNM / monthly SREF when necesary with the colaboration of Head, CCRIS
- Analyze the DQ trend from month to month to idenfity any shortcomings in extractions for CCRIS.

Bachelor Degree -.

Minimum 3 years experience in credit administration / finance/CCRIS
- Good knowledge of CCRIS guidelines & procedures, BNM GP3 and Bank’s banking practices.
- Good skills in SQL programming, data discovery & query tools.
- Good analytical and assessment skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
