**Job description**

Job Responsibilities:

- Handling office phone calls / office maintenance
- Handling proper documentations, filling systems, data management and data safekeeping
- All administration management.
- Operate office machines and all administration management.
- Assisting activities organisation for event.
- Restock supply closet with printing paper, files and folders, pantry, and stationaries.
- Ensure office cleanliness.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in any industry.
- Excellent and detailing in attention to accurate in documentation procedure and processes.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work - Accountability & Responsibility
- Proficient in all Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel.
- Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Demonstrates innovative and creative thinking across projects and activities.
- Friendly and willing to learn new things.
- Work as a team - Teamwork.
- Adaptability to Diverse Working Environments

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mont Kiara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
