Customer Data Management Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and maintain customer information in our database, ensuring data integrity and compliance with established standards.
- Handle data entry tasks for new customer accounts, including account setup and verification.
- Update and maintain existing customer records, including changes in contact information and preferences.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in customer data.
- Adhere to data entry procedures and protocols to ensure confidentiality and security of customer information.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
