**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to oversee the sales and relationship management within the whole Malaysia region. This individual will play a critical role in setting and achieving sales targets, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with key account clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Set and communicate sales targets to promote long-term incremental sales growth within a set of named focus end user accounts.
- Develop and execute evidence-based sales plans to meet the annual sales target.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with top named key account clients.
- Conduct sales presentations, understand customer current practices, and propose improvement solutions.
- Resolve client concerns in a timely and amicable manner.
- Maintain detailed records on key accounts.
- Present in-depth reports to the director of sales and other stakeholders as required.
- Conduct regular market research to maintain an updated knowledge of consumers' needs and competitors' activities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields is recommended.
- Experience in managing structured cabling systems and network connectivity solutions in a Financial Services Industry (FSI) environment.
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to create solutions proposals based on customer requirements.
- Demonstrable experience as a territory account manager.
- Proven history of meeting sales targets.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong vertical and lateral thinking abilities.
- Ability to build long-lasting professional relationships.

- **Language: Mandarin/Cantonese**:
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and leverage market opportunities.
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
