**The Role**
- As a
**Regional Account Manager** at our
**Malaysia/Singapore** office, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our corporate clients to bring solutions to complex issues. With a focus on driving business growth and maximizing customer satisfaction, you'll work to ensure effective account management, strategic planning, and successful implementation of business initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the focal point of contact for the customer's Regional Offices, maintaining strategic relationships and coordinating logistics functions.
- Act as the internal consultant and coordinator for business relationships and development with the Key Account in the region.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing within the Key Account team and serve as the regional liaison for all business-related matters.
- Proactively drive account development, including strategy mapping, penetration, and customer relationship management.
- Lead a functional account management team across the region, coordinating the annual budget and development planning process.
- Identify business opportunities, evaluate feasibility, and co-develop strategic thrusts
- Assist in implementing Key Performance Indicators, communicate with key management, and strategically partner with internal teams for business development.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Preferably 6 - 10 years’ experience in the logistics industry or in a sales environment
- Knowledge and understanding of international logistics operations across multiple modes
- Exceptional relationship management & communication skills to assist with planning & budgeting, organizing & staffing, controlling & problem-solving
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence outcomes across multiple locations
- Excellent financial and process analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrix & virtual environment, while meeting customer driven deadlines
- The position requires extensive travel, domestically and internationally
