**The Opportunity**
As a Credentialing Coordinator, you have the opportunity to work with the leading provider of independent medical examinations, peer reviews, bill reviews, Medicare compliance, record retrieval, document management and related services.

This role ensures all healthcare professionals are appropriately credentialed, which includes the responsibility of maintaining current information on file and within the healthcare professional database.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the completion of health care professional credentialing and re-credentialing for inclusion in the national health care professional network
- Collect all required documentation from applicable state licensing authorities.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating the national healthcare professional database.
- Responsible for monitoring and managing all re-credentialing requirements and ensuring timely collection of all required renewal certifications.
- Provides consistent and timely follow-up on all outstanding credentialing/credentialing needs.
- Promotes physician relations and assists with customer service needs as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Management

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
- Proficiency with the use of MS Office and other related tools.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
- Must be able to work efficiently and independently.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
