Designation: Customer Service Executive - Banking
Location: Menara UOB (nearby Masjid Jamek)
Operation hour: rotational shift (5 working days with 2 off days); 8am - 5 pm; 11 am - 8 pm
Salary package: RM 2500 - RM 2800 upon your interview performance
Term and Contract: 3 months contract
Job Responsibilities:
Assisting customers with inquiries: Responding to customer queries and providing accurate information about banking products, services, and account-related matters.
Account management: Handling account openings, closings, and updates, as well as addressing issues related to account transactions and balances.
Resolving customer issues: Addressing and resolving customer complaints, concerns, and disputes in a professional and empathetic manner.
Providing product information: Educating customers about various banking products, such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and investment options.
Processing transactions: Facilitating routine banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and bill payments.
Cross-selling and upselling: Identifying opportunities to recommend additional banking products and services that align with customers' needs.
Handling security and privacy: Ensuring compliance with security protocols and safeguarding customer information in accordance with data protection regulations.
Assisting with digital banking: Guiding customers on how to use online and mobile banking platforms effectively.
Maintaining customer records: Accurately updating and maintaining customer data and interactions in the bank's systems.
Achieving service targets: Meeting performance metrics, such as response time, call quality, and customer satisfaction ratings.
**Requirements**:
1. Fresh graduate Diploma or Degree
2. Fluent in English
3. No experience needed
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
