Business Development Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Developing and managing sales and marketing tools or materials
- Building good rapport with new and existing clients whilst maintaining professional customer relationship
- Managing overall resources and client related matters
- Build a sales prospect pool through careful applicants, Internet research, and networking.
- Ensure new business opportunities are developed through effective sales strategies, including but not limited to digital marketing, social media campaigning, events, self-lead generation, and other initiatives.
- Be responsive to clients’ inquiries and ability to resolve customer complaints.
- Seek, interview, assess, reference check, and place contract employees that satisfy the client's requirements.
- Take personal responsibility for and meet all individual activity goals, and productivity targets as defined by the manager and assist the rest of the recruiting team to reach their goals.
- Attending client's meeting as per request by the reporting manager or clients
- Ensures all hiring paperwork is filled out thoroughly and all required screening protocols are completed.
- Adheres to and enforces all policies and procedures set forth by the Company.
- Complies with established Quality Management System Policies and Procedures; verifies work for accuracy to ensure the quality of output.

**Requirement**:

- Team player, Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Require language(s): English & Mandarin
- At least 1 year and above proven experience in the recruitment / Business Development field.
- Have your own transportation
- Office location: Putrajaya. Practicing Hybrid Working Arrangement (WFH) & (WFO)

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
