Job Descriptions:
1. Understand the overall Technical Support process and procedures
4. Analyse, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve incidents, issues, and service requests
5. Document every incident and support request in the ticketing system and ensure the tickets are closed or escalated accordingly
6. Track tickets statuses and ensure SLA (Service Level Agreement) are observed
7. Standby for any ad-hoc technical support in rotation basis

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree of Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics or equivalent
2. At least 1 yearof experience in IT Helpdesk Role
3. Willing to work on extra time, public holiday, or weekend when necessary
4. Possess understanding and technical ability in IT Networking, Security & Cloud Services
5. Exceptional attention to detail with good time management and organizational skills
6. High proficiency in spoken and written in English language and willing to work on rotational shift

**Salary**: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
