**Operation Support**
- Assist & provide support to Operations Dept in all office administration issues.
- Organize all liaison with authorities on matters relating to business and sales licenses, including Music Right Malaysia (MRM).
- Correspond necessary documentation for all matters relating to work permits, business hours, repairs and maintenance issues with Mall Managements.
- Coordinate with all party in store opening and closing-facilities, services, assets, stationery, terminations, notification to mall & work permit.
- Notify stock take to mall, prepare manpower listing, allowance, stationery and memo;
- Ensure filing of all documentations including Delivery Orders, Incident Reports, external correspondence etc.
- Prepare all third party & utilities payments.
- Check daily report from outlets and notify SM or MO on any issues arising.
- Raise all stationery requisition and local orders for Ops Department.
- Verify monthly cashier responsibility and audit transaction reports.
- Attend to all outgoing correspondence and memos to stores.
- Update and maintain schedule for Retail Stores.
- Update manpower status and manage leave record for permanent staff, contract & part timers.
- Check and verify monthly punch card and prepare payout summary, OT & commission.
- Prepare uniform based on store request.

**Others**
- Perform any other task/assignment as assign by the Management from time to time.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- operations: 2 years (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
