Resolving customer complaints and providing accurate information to improve customer’s satisfaction
**Requirements**:
- Good English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills
- SPM leavers and **_Fresh Graduates_** are welcomed to start their first career in a call centre - **Full Training Provided.**
** Able to start immediately**
- Able to speak in **Mandarin **will be an added advantage
**Location**:
- Nusa Jaya, a fast developing city that offers a variety of opportunities
