Sales Manager

**Job Responsibilities:
- **
1.Implementation of tasks assigned by Head of Sales & Marketing Department.
2.Develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and/or existing clients. protect and grow the business.
3. Involve multiple activities like target the right clients, grow quality pipeline, win profitable deals and manage sales activities with the objective of creating mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships that create value.
4. Prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity, and customer satisfaction, or as directed by the Sales & Marketing HOD.
5. Proactively assesses solution specifications in light of changing customer requirements and recommends solution changes that optimize value for both the customer and the company.
6. Responsible for opportunity qualification, win strategy definition/execution, proposal development, orals presentation, and support of contract negotiations.
7. Continually gauges customer satisfaction among key customer project stakeholders.
8. Coordinates closely with Sales & Marketing HOD by communicating project status and success metrics.
9. Provide solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
10. Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area of responsibility
11. Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
12. Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
13. Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
**Work Experiences:
- **
1.At least eight years’ experience in container handling equipment electrical/mechanical engineering field.
2.Experience in project implementation in particularly container handling equipment.
3.Experience in after sales for container handling equipment.
4.Hands on experience in Drive and PLC, control system, automation system modification and upgrading.
5.Repair and maintenance on container handling equipment
