We're currently on the lookout for a highly motivated and results-driven Renewal Executive to join our vibrant team. Your mission will be to maintain and expand our renewal rates, turning our customer base into long-term fans of our software solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively contact customers with upcoming expirations to remind and engage them in renewing their software subscriptions.
- Achieve and maintain a targeted renewal rate across all existing customers
- Strategically drive up the renewal order size by encouraging upgrades and value-added services.
- Reach out to customers with lapsed subscriptions, persuasively presenting the benefits of renewing while also gathering insights on non-renewal reasons to inform our retention strategies.
- Advocate for and enroll customers in our auto-renewal program, ensuring a seamless and uninterrupted software experience.
**Requirements**:
- A proven track record in sales, customer service, or a similar field with a focus on retention and upselling.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage customers effectively over the phone and via digital channels.
- Strong persuasion skills, with a knack for presenting products and services in a compelling way.
- The ability to handle objections and use feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
