**Compensation & benefits**: overseeing, managing and administering our employees' rewards, perks and benefits inclusive staff confirmation, promotion, performance appraisal.
- **Employee Engagement**: To plan and participate in monthly and quarterly employee engagement activities to promote employee experience.
- **Training and development**: to identify training needs and create strategic solutions for improving skills across an entire company.
- **Payroll processing**: Managing and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality for the payout purpose. Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
- **Foreign Worker Management**: Work with recruitment agency to manage the foreign workers matter related to attendance, work permit and hostel matters.
- **Employee Relation**: Handle disciplinary issues, resolving employee's grievance, counselling employees to ensure employees are in line with the company culture and value.
- Handling insurance related issues and keeping records of staff insurance and ensuring timely renewal.
- Ensuring and liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
