Human Resource Officer

1. Attend to staff's day to day needs to build and maintain good harmonious working relationship among employees and management 2. Attend to industrial disputes in Labor office and Industrial Relations Department when necessary. 3. Coordinates domestic inquiry in accordance to standard rules and disciplinary procedures. 4. Attend to staff grievances in accordance to grievance procedure with tactfulness. 5. Coordinate for interview of new staffs and carry out new comer induction. 6. Plan and coordinate for training needs with HODs, source for trainees/training providers and organize as and when requested by the dept heads or as scheduled. 7. Perform HR administrative job functions including communication from management to employee. 8. Submission of monthly statement to EPF, Socso and Income Tax dept. 9. Maintain training records and manage HRDF training grants and reimbursements. 10. Compute payroll. 11. Implement and administer the company policies. 12. Advise Executive Director/Manager on appropriate terms and conditions. 13. Renewal of Bank Guarantee, Tenancy Agreement and Road Tax for company vehicle. 14. Make airlines and hotel reservations and visas. 15. Perform other appropriate duties assigned by superior from time to time.
