**Requirements**

1. At least 5-7 years’ of working experiences as managerial role in F&B/ Hospitality industry.

2. Fluent in English and Malay.

3. Proficient in the full spectrum of casual/fine-dining restaurant function, including food planning and preparation, cost management, customer handling, regulatory requirements, people management, recordkeeping, etc.

4. Possess experience in handling Point-Of-Sales (POS) system.

5. Meticulous and possess good people skills.

6. Analytical, strong in problem identification, problem solving and decision making.

7. Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to maintain good relationship with diverse guests and employees within the restaurant.

8. Comfortable with practicing open communication work culture.

1. Overall responsible for smooth operations for the service of the restaurant.

2. Plan, execute and manage operational and revenue-generating activities in the restaurant and F&B outlet.

3. Research, develop and propose innovative ways of increasing revenue.

4. Control costs within the budget to meet/exceed expected business results. Responsible for compliance of all related standards and guidelines, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.

5. To carry responsibilities as the Head of Department; including managing the team, communication with the other team members.

6. Responsible for documentation, paperwork, and liaising with guests.

7. Responsible in leading, training and developing team members to achieve the expected work performance and productivity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
