Administrative Assistant for Purchasing

**About Us**:
We are a growing company in the hardware industry, dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for Purchasing to support our purchasing team and ensure smooth procurement processes. Proficiency in Chinese will be an advantage in communicating with our diverse suppliers and stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Superior with the preparation and processing of purchase orders.
- Maintain and update records of inventory levels, purchase orders, and supplier information.
- Communicate with suppliers to track orders, confirm deliveries, and resolve any issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and ensure timely procurement.
- Process and file purchase-related documents, including invoices and receipts.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in forecasting inventory requirements.
- Support the purchasing team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with purchasing or inventory management software.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
- Fresh graduates or individuals with mínimal experience are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
