IT Governance Manager

Our banking client is looking to hire an **IT Governance Manager** for their office.

As an IT Governance Manager, you will lead and manage the IT management’s task to achieve the objectives of the Bank’s short-term and long-term goals.

**Job Duties**:

- Implement the IT strategic plan as approved by the Board and IT Steering Committee that meet business and operational objectives of the Bank
- Ensure Bank’s compliance with the rules and regulations and guidelines set by regulators in Information Technology perspective to meet regulatory requirements
- Establish and drive the implementation of robust operating controls, policies, processes and systems that are aligned to business and meet regulatory requirements
- Manage Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to ensure readiness and continuity operations of the Bank during an unplanned disruption in service
- Manage submission and communication to the Management and Board
- Promote collaboration with other departments in the Bank to achieve business objectives
- Motivate and develop IT staff in the Bank’s core values

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
- At least **10 years working experience in IT Governance** or similar experience in the IT Administration.
- **Good understanding** **of information technology, regulatory requirements, and knowledge of the Bank’s business.**:

- Good understanding of rules and regulations and guidelines set by regulators.
- Good in documentation skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different levels of stakeholders and employees.
- Strong cultural sensitivity to manage relationships with people from diverse cultures.
- **Open to Malaysian citizen only.**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
