Front Office Assistant

_**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:_
- Provide courteous and efficient service, and if possible, to comply with each and every request.
- Maintain guest records and other Front Office records. To check the arrival file which require special request like bay cot, extra bed or fruit basket
- Check -in and check-out guests according to the procedure.
- Work closely with the Housekeeping Department. Inform Housekeeping of early check-ins or late check-outs.
- Prepare welcome folders and relevant material for FIT guests and groups arrival.
- Handle mail, messages, packages, flowers, gift and other items for guests.
- Reads Log Book and Notice Board for the latest news and follows up.
- Responsible for the cash float, also responsible for any cash shortage/unsettled accounts (shortage) due to their negligence.
- All credits letters received are to be acted upon and filed accordingly.
- To witness the outlets cashier for drop in safe 3 times daily and to be recorded into the “cashier” witness logbook.
- To validate all supportive documents pertaining to billing instruction and deposits.
- Receive and hold in safe custody, all cash payments made by guests till the account is rendered.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 per month
