**Designation: CUSTOMER SERVICES EXECUTIVE**
**Location: PERSIARAN KIP 3, JALAN PERSIARAN**

**Job Descriptions of Customer Services**
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
- Following up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any purchases
- Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
- Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
- Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments with the service department.
- Provide accurate information on automotive services, pricing, and repair processes.
- Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicle repairs.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain organized customer records and assist in inventory management.
- Collaborate with the service team to address technical issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

**Requirements and skills**
- Required spoken and written language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin.
- Bachelor’s Diploma or Degree in Public Relations, Communication and Leadership or equivalent field.
- Experienced and certified in **AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY** is an additional advantage.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative with minimum 1 year.
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
