Admin Assistant

Ensure that all data for tracking, analyzing, and reporting purposes are collated, organized and documented on a systematic and regular basis
- Actively participate in problem solving
- Coordinate with the Sales team on EMO/Order Status/Stock Reports/Agent Claims/DOB/Market Returns
- Agent Inventory update to PIC
- Coordinate with Other Departments as and when required
- Provide the Sales team on the Daily/ weekly/ Monthly Achievements
- Reports send to HQ/HOS office as and when required
- Ensure the tracking of the whereabouts of all the direct report staff under Head of Sales
- To ensure the proper and systematic filing of all correspondence, reports, and other documents for speedy retrieval
- Assist in any other sales coordinating related matters as and when required
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Diploma or Degree holder majoring in Business studies or any
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar capacity
- Resourceful and meticulous self-starter, good analytical and communication/negotiation skills, results-driven, strong team player and pro-active
- Good with numbers and have an eye for details
- Able to work under pressure while keeping a positive attitude
- Can-do attitude with adaptability to change
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 4 months
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
