Take ownership of the whole commercial and growth of the respective countries in Asia. - Formulate and lead market development strategies for growth. - Manage a team of key account managers in building a pipeline of new potential partners and premier accounts and functionally manage and coordinate retail sales, marketing and customer teams. - Support teams for cohesive country management. - Develop a deep understanding of the respective markets, competitive analysis and partner business activities as well as be accountable for the delivery of trading volume (revenue) for the respective country. - Ensure compliance with and adherence to company business, regulatory, and brand guidelines. - Manage existing key partner relationships, coordinate issue resolution, and participate in related industry, partner, and client events. Proven experience within the finance industry experience in countries or national sales leadership with solid past experience in key account sales. - Extensive experience in managing professional and institutional clients. - Demonstrate strategic experiences beyond tactical implementation. - Track record of achieving and exceeding targets. - Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate people and teams to contribute to common goals. - Relevant certification and licenses in the respective market Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, & English.
