**Responsibilities**:

- Run various errands outside the office, such as banking tasks, purchases, and deliveries
- Adhere to traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times
- Maintain the cleanliness and regular maintenance of the vehicle
- Support administrative activities and assist in various administrative tasks
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries and pickups efficiently
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods and documents to designated locations and ensure adherence to delivery schedules
- Handle ad-hoc tasks efficiently to support smooth office operations

**Qualifications**:

- SPM, Certificate or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in dispatch and office assistance
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
