**Requirements**
- Min SPM with credits (Bahasa Malaysia, Mathematics, and English) / Diploma or equivalent in the related field
- Excellent in Bahasa Malaysia and Good in English
- Min 1 year of working experience in related to Telesales/Sales/ Support/Customer Service will be an advantage
- Fresh graduates encourage to apply
- Be able to acquire new knowledge, skills and abilities quickly
- Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts that align with global market hours.
- Possess own transport to office at Setia Alam
**Responsibility**
- Engage with clients through live chat to address inquiries related to trading, account management, and platform functionality.
- Assist clients with technical issues related to trading platforms, account access, and order execution.
- Guide clients through troubleshooting steps and coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.
- Support clients in managing their accounts, including deposits, withdrawals, and account verification processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address account-related concerns.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve complex client issues and escalations.
- Monitor and follow up on client inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide excellent service to potential and existing customers.
- Learn, develop understanding and competency of client products and offerings.
- To ensure good rapport and relationships with customers with the ability to influence and create immediate or progressive product needs.
- Must have a positive attitude and be willing to communicate with customers
