Dealer Management Manager

**Job responsibilities**
- Propose sales strategy for dealer sales expansion and network coverage and work closely with dealers in achieving sales target.
- To visit dealers from time to time to get on-ground market information and understand issues facing by the dealers.
- Dealer development policy, enforce SOP in dealer management and propose competitive trading terms.
- Major KPI target setting and KPI monitoring / analysis for action development i.e. to prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales report.
- Execution of business plan and any action for further improvement.
- Establish good relationship with dealers.
- Dealer’s business plan monitoring and operational support in terms of Sales and Aftersales (parts & labor), customer complaint handling and etc.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Extensive experience and understanding in automotive market, dealer operations and management at least 5-8 years.
- High levels of analytical and problem solving skill and strong communication skills.
- Service oriented, trustworthy, strong work ethic and self-motivated.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
