**Job Responsibility**:

- Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, carrying out assigned and authorized task.
- Prepare and translate especially proficiency in business writing, where necessary, confidential documents, meeting minutes, reports, presentations and any other relevant documentations in three core languages namely English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin in timely and accurate manner.
- Assist CEO in managing day-to-day administrative and operation and filing matters.
- Perform all administrative duties, confidential matters as assigned and ensure they remained secured.
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time and/or required by the Management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Age between 22 - 25 years old, have a professional image and basic etiquette.
- Have a professional image and basic etiquette.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proficient in reading and writing three languages: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia will be given priority.
- Careful and proactive, with excellent time management and adaptability.
- Have high ethical standards, confidentiality and responsibility.

- 及时准确地以三种核心语言(即英语、马来语和普通话)准备和翻译特别熟练的商务写作、必要时的机密文件、会议纪要、报告、演示文稿和任何其他相关文件。
- 负责协助首席执行官 (CEO) 的个人和工作职责,例如日历安排、会议协调、通信、电子邮件,行程安排等。
- 协助经理管理日常行政、运营和存档文件事宜。
- 履行分配的所有行政职责、机密事项并确保其安全。
- 协助完成管理层不时分配和/或要求的任何临时任务。

**工作要求**:

- 年龄在22-25岁之间,拥有专业形象和基本礼仪。
- 拥有专业形象和基本礼仪。
- 本科或以上的任何领域学历。
- 拥有有效驾驶执照及驾驶能力者优先考虑。
- 精通阅读和书写三种语言:华语、英语和马来语能力者优先考虑。
- 细心、主动,具有优秀的时间管理和适应能力。
- 具备高度的道德标准、保密意识和责任感。

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Personal Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

License/Certification:
