We are seeking an experienced Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a valued member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer support and create a positive experience for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide prompt and courteous responses
- Accurately gather and document customer information
- Answer questions, provide information, and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service
- Monitor customer accounts and identify potential problems
- Assist in developing and implementing customer service initiatives
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities

**Essential Qualifications**:

- fluency in Mandarin Chinese (both spoken and written)
- Excellent customer service skills with a proven ability to build relationships and resolve issues effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of inquiries

**基本资格:**
- 普通话母语或接近母语水平(口语和书面语)
- 优秀的客户服务技能,并具有建立关系和有效解决问题的能力
- 强大的沟通和人际交往能力
- 熟练使用各种沟通渠道(电话、电子邮件、实时聊天)
- 能够对大量咨询进行优先级排序和管理

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
