**Responsibilities**:
**1)** **Sales & Purchasing roles**:

- Issuance of Purchase Order (PO) to all appointed suppliers upon request from internal and external customers
- Double check accuracy for each issuing PO vs received Invoices from suppliers

**2)** **Administration roles**:

- To maintain sales record and compiling Monthly Sales report
- Ensure submission of invoices, Delivery Order (DO) and other related documents to finance and suppliers in timely manner.
- Admin support for EON’s first Car Wash and Auto Detailing centre
- Any other administration job required by Head of Department

**3) Customer Relationship management roles**:

- Build relationships with customers by providing information on their needs and preferences
- To manage any warranty issues by following the process flow provided by management

**Job Requirements**
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any relevant studies background.
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience, preferably Administration and Data Management. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
- Strong interest in automotive industry.
- Willing to travel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, (Excel, Powel Point, Word)

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
