**Job Summary**:
We are seeking two experienced Customer Service Managers with a background in contact center and team management, particularly within the insurance industry. You will oversee customer service operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the customer service team for 2 shifts (day and night)
- Oversee contact center operations.
- Handle escalated customer complaints.
- Ensure team knowledge of life and general insurance products and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments.
- Report on customer service performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree holder preferred.
- Minimum 3 years in contact center management and 5 years in team management.
- Knowledge in life and general insurance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-versed in insurance regulations.
- Relevant insurance certification.
