Job Purpose
As part of our expansion plan in Malaysia, we are looking for an Office & Hostel Admin Executive to oversee the daily operations of our office, hostel and homestay business. If you have a great sense of commitment and highly self-motivated character, are adaptable to fast pace & dynamic working environment and flexible working hours and have pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills, join us.

Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the smooth operation of office such as procurement of office & pantry supplies, provision of regular cleanliness and various maintenance services
2. Responsible for the smooth operation of company’s hostel/homestay business such as procurement of toiletries, provision of regular cleanliness, laundry and various maintenance services, to ensure compliance of Company’s service standard
3. Responsible for providing friendly and warm customer service including personalized services especially for VIPs and regional senior managers
4. Assist the Management in the pre-operation of hostel/homestay business, namely, from acquiring new units to getting units ready to stay
5. Conduct inspection of inventory upon vacant possession
6. Procure essential items (furniture/fixture, equipment, and services) for each unit to ensure compliance of Company’s SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)

Job Requirements
**1. Can start immediately**
2. Degree in any discipline, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
3. Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Malay.
4. Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and ChatGPT.
5. Knowledge and experience in the following areas will be an added advantage:
Pay: RM4,500.00 per month
