Responsibilities: To provide support in the Company Secretarial department, to maintain and update statutory records of the group of companies; prepare minutes, resolutions, statutory forms and annual reports; and perform all aspects of administrative day-to-day operations of company secretarial functions.
- STPM/Diploma graduates or equivalent.
- Those without qualifications but with relevant working experience are encouraged to apply. Salary RM1.8K and above.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, highly motivated, independent and effective team player.
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
