HR & Admin Executive

Prepare monthly payroll, OTs, claims and deductions
- Implement performance review procedures (annually or as required by management)
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Update and maintain employee files (data, personal information and status change)
- In charge of recruitment and implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Monitor HR department’s budget
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
- Manage employees’ grievances
- Design compensation and benefits packages inclusive bonus
- Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (if needed)
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates
- Prepare necessary office memo, documents and statutory reports etc
- Monitor and control office supplies (equipment, stationery, furniture, pantry items etc
- Responsible for facilities, company fixed assets and building maintenance/contract,access card, security and office cleaning of the office
- Reponsible for the general administration of the Company to ensure smooth day to day operation

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration.

Team Player, Fair, Fast Response, Solid Communication Skills
Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
Demonstrable leadership abilities

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
