**ACCOUNTING**:

- Generating invoices to client/customer from Desludging, De-slopping, Waste collection, Waste Disposal.
- Prepare Monthly Report
- Follow up payment from the client, updating accounting record (AUTOCOUNT)
- Liaising and coordinate with client/customer
- Preparing quotation & letters for client

**OPERATIONS**:

- Oversee daily operations
- Coordinate with shipping agent (Port and Shore), Operations and Logistics team.
- Yearly License Renewal
- Communicate with the workers at shore
- Manage & register port pass for the operations crew.
- Prepare Declaration documents during a port visit from the operations crew.

**Job Requirements**:

- Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to learn new skills.
- Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism always.
- Must possess good knowledge of admin field, Labour Law and Industrial Relations legislation and regulations.
- **Posses own transport.**:

- **Willing to work in Bukit Jalil (1 vacancy), Banting (1 vacancy) & Northport (1 vacancy).**

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
