Business Process Executive

You will provide support to evaluate, identify and continuously improve the business processes to ensure process optimisation, meeting the required quality standards based on set policies and improve overall productivity.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with various department heads to understand the business challenges, assess the operational risks, documents business requirements and propose effective solutions to resolve them.
- Identify processes that require improvement to ensure the Quality Management System remains fully implemented.
- Work with cross functional team to map and analyse the current processes, both in service delivery areas and in central services functions. Identify improvement potential and facilitate business process improvement to ensure compliance of requirements and ongoing development of best practices.
- Assess process conformity as per ISO requirements and ensure the company services meet the required quality standards.
- Prepare the required documentation and provide the administration support for external audits arrangement.
- Work closely with the external systems providers and internal IT team to document functional requirements, aligning it processes with the integrated information solutions for process improvement.
- Develop and implement process controls, monitoring and optimisation, with clear ownership and accountability.
- Actively contribute to developing a positive culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Project Management or related fields
- Experience in ISO operational audit will be advantageous
- Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Excellent recordkeeping, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to business changes
- Structured, proven ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and achieve results under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
