- About the Role- To support the redesign and implementation of improvement initiatives that drive customer, employee and process effectiveness for Finance Operations and the Record to Analyse End to End process.- Engaging with teams across Assets, GBS and BHP functions to seek their input into the design of the Record to Analyse process End to End process
- Conducting presentations and facilitating workshops to connect, influence and engage stakeholders to achieve alignment and prioritisation of initiatives.
- Playing a key role in translating stakeholder inputs into a technical process designing that will guide the transition from current state (disjointed processes) to the future state process
- Conducting analyses required to identify initiatives required to deliver the future state design for the Record to Analyse process
- Supporting, and conducting where required, financial quantification in support of the value case and benefits realisation associated with Record to Analyse initiatives
- Work with the Finance Operations Experience Owner manager to develop and achieve alignment amongst stakeholders on the criteria that will be used to prioritise the Record to Analyse initiatives
- Engaging with the GBS Service Transformation product delivery teams to develop the implementation plan for prioritised initiatives
- Supporting prioritisation of Record to Analyse initiatives that aligns with overall business priorities and customer strategy
- Reporting to the Finance Operations Experience Owner Manager on progress to date, risk or issues and roadmap for the period ahead
- Deliver value through automation
- Address performance, development and deployment issues
- Contribute towards innovation & continuous improvements
- About You- 2-5 years of experience working in a similar position in a corporate organization
- Relevant Automation experience should be minimum 2 years
- Primary skills in Automation software - Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop
- Secondary skills can be on other automation software such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or UiPath
- Mastery in MS Office package, especially SharePoint, Excel and Visio including VBA
- Independent, self-driven, Problem-solving attitude & good Analytical skills
- Process preparation for Robotics solution (process redesign, gaps and wastes identification)
- Validation of potential processes for RPA
- Delivering RPA solutions and being first point of contact in case of any configuration issues for the team
- Collecting local business requirements, coordination with process SME on functional side
- Ensuring quality and timeliness of automated processes
- 3-5 years of process improvement
- Working experience in large multinational companies, manufacturing, commodity, or mining industry.
- Relationship building skills and an ability to negotiate with and influence leaders and senior management
- Issue management skills, with the ability to analyse risk to the business and actively report on implications on operations with recommendations for mitigation
- Demonstrated collaboration and innovation skills
- Specific industry experience in process improvement, particularly in the Record to Analyse process
