**JOB DESCRIPTION**

1. Membalas komen dan mesej sehingga dapat no telefon:

- Media sosial syarikat ( FB, IG, TT, You Tube)
- Live

2. Merekod lead dalam fail “Lead Response” Google Drive berdasarkan kempen serta:

- Bahagikan leads kepada Eksekutif Jualan
- Memberi maklum balas status leads kepada Jabatan Pemasaran samada berpotensi atau tidak

3. Mengumpul testimoni jemaah di semua platform (whatsapp group, google review, komen media sosial, borang maklum balas dll) dan disalurkan kepada Jabatan Pemasaran untuk digunakan sebagai content.

4. Mengkaji maklum balas jemaah yang diterima melalui semua medium sosial (IG, Tiktok, Youtube, Facebook) sama ada borang maklumbalas, group whatsapp dan lain-lain.

5. Memastikan isu-isu yang dibangkitkan pelanggan mendapatkan penyelesaian dalam masa sesingkat mungkin.

6. Menghubungi pelanggan 3 hari sebelum tarikh penerbangan untuk membuat pengesahan berikut:

- Info dalam Group Whatsapp
- Pengesahan pakej yang diambil
- Peringatan tempat, waktu dan tarikh berkumpul
- Persediaan perjalanan

7. Menerima aduan pelanggan dari pelbagai platform termasuk Borang Maklum Balas selepas trip umrah

8. Mengendalikan program anjuran syarikat seperti GO Umrah, GO Haji, taklimat perjalanan umrah, hantar dan sambut jemaah serta lain-lain program berdasarkan jadual yang ditetapkan.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month

- Customer Service Specialist: 1 year (preferred)
