**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Familiar with the overall sale operation such as invoices, import, export and purchasing.
- Review the environmental records of freight carriers to inform shipping decisions.
- Calculate weight, volume or cost of goods to moved.
- Recommend shipping solutions to minimize cost or environmental impacts.
- Select shipment routes, based on nature of goods shipped, transit times, or security needs.
- Determine efficient and cost-effective methods of moving goods from one location to another.
- Reserve necessary space on ships, aircraft, trains or trucks.
- Arrange delivery or storage of goods at destinations.
- Assist clients in obtaining insurance reimbursements.
- Complete shipping documentation, such as including bills of lading, packing lists, dock receipts, and certificates of origin.
- Consolidate loads with a common destination to reduce costs to individual shippers.
- Inform clients of factors such as shipping option, timelines, transfers or regulations affecting shipment.
- Keep records of goods dispatched or received.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant legislation, political situations, or other factors that could affect freight shipping.
- Monitor or record locations of good transit.
- Negotiate shipping rates with freight carriers.
- Obtain or arrange cargo insurance.
- Pay or arrange for payment of freight or insurance fees or other charges.
- Prepare invoices or cost quotations for freight transportation.
- Recommend or arrange appropriate merchandise packing methods, according to climate, terrain, weight, nature of goods or costs.
- Verify adherence of documentation to customs, insurance or regulatory requirements.
- Clear goods through customs, arranging for applicable duties and taxes.
- Complete customs paperwork.
- Make arrangements with customs brokers to facilitate the passage of goods through customs.
- Provide detailed port information to importers or exporters.
- Provide shipment status notification to exporters, consignees or insurers.
- Refer exporters to experts in areas such as trade financing, international marketing, government export requirements, international banking, or marine insurance.
- Analyze shipping routes to determine how to minimize environmental impact.
- Propose, develope and implement sales& marketing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- To develope, manage and achieve productive sales management through maximize the company's goals for profitability and customer loyalty and minimize financial risk.
- To provide leadership, coaching and manage sales team across the functional areas (sales, product and marketing).
- To ensure effective and clear communication within the sales team, customer, supplier and others department across the organization.
- Generate new business, prospecting and following up on leads.
- Participate in face-to-face client meetings independently.
- Collaborate with manager to ensure alignment with branch strategies in forecasting, business planning and pipeline development.
- Have continuous engagement with customers to maintain close relationships and ensure ongoing success with accounts.
- Demonstrate solid decision-making skills and ability to prioritize ever-changing daily tasks.
- Consult with several levels of decision-makers and buying influences to understand customers, business challenges and supply chain goals. Develop tailored solutions that deliver value and support the customer’s business strategy.
- Understand each assigned customers business model and competitive advantages.
- Port and customs clearance, inbound quality checks.
- Oversee all activities pertaining to inspection of vehicles for damage during transit and the relevant damage claims.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Air Freight, Sea Freight, Costing, Sale, Knowledge in Term & Condition Import Export, Presentation Skill
- Preferably Manager specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
