Personal Assistant Admin Executive

SCOPE OF DUTIES
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports and documents.
- Maintain and file records in a private and confidential manner.
- Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of Director as and when requested.
- Maintain Director’s personal diary, scheduling appointments, sending out reminders and running personal errands for Director.
- Arranging and attending meeting and taking minutes as and when required.
- Observe best business practices and etiquette and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Managing Company properties and expenses and ensure all payments are timely made.
- Being a contact person to handle all enquiries related to Director's household and properties including contractors, electricians, etc.
- Ensures all insurance policies are renewed accordingly.
- Any other duties as and when required by the Director or Company from time to time.
Pay: From RM4,500.00 per month
