Location: Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur
Salary budget: RM 3K ~ 4K
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain a well-organized and professional office environment. Handle office supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and office cleanliness.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure accuracy and consistency in formatting and content.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases. Organize and manage electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences. Coordinate logistics, manage RSVPs, and ensure successful event execution.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve overall office efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / Degree holder in any related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an Administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
