Korean Admissions and Liaison Officer

The Korean Admissions and Liaison Officer reports to the Head of Admissions. This position is responsible to meet and exceed the Korean student recruitment targets. The post holder will also be supporting the Campus Principals, School Admission team and Head of Admissions & Retention in all matters relating to students recruitment.

**Stakeholders**: Campus Principals, SLT, Finance team, ISP Regional Team, and School Marketing & Admissions team.
**Detailed Responsibilities**:
Admissions Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed Korean student recruitment targets, for schools.
- Ensuring that Korean parents fully understand the USPs and strengths of the school
- Support in all school events as and when needed for Korean community recruitment.
- Welcome, advice, and conduct tours with prospective Korean parents, persuading them to join the school, and answering their enquiries timely and accurately; also supporting for English speaking cases if requested.
- Schedule testing and interviews for Korean applicants, and to translate in the interview if required, as well as to assist prospective parents with completing their paperwork where parents can’t speak English;
- To support Parent Teacher related events and compulsory attendance at large school events within the community
- Monitor perceptions and preferences of prospective and current Korean parents,identifying any shifts in their perceptions of the school and the school’s competitors,
- Work closely with the school’s University Counsellor and support them with regard to Korean university visits, liaising with leading Korean universities and building strong relationships with them, and arranging regular visits to the schools;
- Translate for Korean parents who don’t speak English during parent meetings, events, interviews, and on other appropriate occasions where prospective and current parents may require language support;
- Translate letters, marketing advertising or any documents if requested into Korean.
- Support monthly report and Data analysis for regional team
- To provide cover support for other Admissions colleagues when required across campuses.
- To fulfil any reasonable additional responsibilities as may be from time to time requested by the SLT and Head of Admissions.
International & Domestic Recruitment, B2B business development
- focusing Korean community
- Agent support specifically Agents from Korea.
- Attend agent fairs domestic and international.
- Liaison and coordination of Korean community events such as coffee mornings, university fairs etc.
- Strengthening of relationships with Korean Embassy, Consulate chamber and business community
Personal Development & Line manager
- Continual development through the identification and implementation of your own Personal Development Appraisal
- This role reports directly to the Head of Admissions
Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
