Business Development Manager

_We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team._

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
- Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met
- Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
- Establish and maintain regular communication with customer in order to stimulate healthy relationship and secure business.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Create informative presentations in presenting and delivering up to-date and correct information to potential clients.
- Prepare sales forecast and provide regular reports to management.
- Prepare reports on sales data analysis in order to plan business strategies effectively.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
- Train sales professionals and help improve their skills

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin is an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
- Capable of identifying and opening market opportunities for the company
- Good knowledge in digital communications
- Results oriented, self-driven, persuasive, persistent and resourceful
- Able to work well with Sales & Marketing Team as well as independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
