Secretary to Director

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsibilities- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the director, including personal and corporate matters.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal departments and external parties on all related matters. Efficiently follow-up on assigned tasks and report on progress.
- Manage and organize confidential documents, correspondences, records and maintain an organized filing system for smooth data retrieval.
- To manage confidentiality of information and documents.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, correspondences, minutes of meeting, etc.
- Managing a busy calendar, meeting/appointment coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in making travel arrangements and accommodation reservations.
- Screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate.
- Professionally greeting and receiving guests and clients.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments and related duties as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent.
- At least two (2) years working experience in related fields.
- Computer literate.
- Pleasant, good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Highly organised, detailed oriented and able to prioritise and multi-task efficiently.
