**Job Description:

- **
- Handling of daily account operation activities, such as performing data entry for invoice and payment vouchers.
- To prepare a payment list on a timely basis.
- To check, comply with invoices and reconcile with supplier statements.
- Provide office administrative task (e.g. filing, data entry, answering phones and processing the mails).
- Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed and maintained.
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties or tasks assigned by the superior or management.

**Job requirement:

- **
- Minimum SPM or Higher Equivalent Qualification.
- Accounting with minimum 1 to 2 years experience.
- A multi tasker, able to work independently and meet datelines.
- Basic knowledge on Microsoft Word and Excel

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
