**Responsibilities**:

- Compile finance documents (RO, invoice, credit note, bank-in-slip, official receipt, voucher, costing sheet, LPO, bank-in-report, daily cash collection report, warranty claim forms, daily collection.
- E-leave processing, staff welfare, attire ordering, tools ordering, stationaries ordering, workshop consumables ordering
- Ensure all money lock in the safe deposit box daily
- Contact customer to be inform of vehicle ready for collection
- Follow up of debtors aging list and update status.
- Issuing of official receipt for payment received.
- Any other related job as and when assigned by the superior.
- Submission of staff claims
- General filing

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- **Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.**:

- Preferably specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Able to start immediate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
