Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- At least 2 years of working experience in Merchant Acquisition, Sales & Marketing or Tourism related of fields
- Min SPM & above
- Able to start work immediately

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage internal sales team and committed to fulfil the monthly and annual targets.
- Assist and guide sales executives to achieve monthly team sales targets
- Lead to commit internal and external sales associate, approached and assisted customers through the merchant acquisition process
- Introduce the project and recommend the company services based on customer needs and desires, answered questions throughout the merchant acquisition process.
- Maintained a knowledge of sales, promotions, marketing tactics, e-commerce policies, and security practices
- Prepared and collected full information of merchants for registration purposes.
- Prepared merchant registration contracts, ensure all requests are fulfilled
- Provided knowledgeable, honest, and superior customer service.
