**About the Job**

As an Export Business Manager, you will be expected to build and maintain good relationships with the clients, distributors and customers. Besides that, you will need to manage the operation of distributors, collaborate with internal stakeholders, supervise the export team, analyse market intelligence reports, identify new prospects, prepare monthly reports, and be involved in risk management. To be successful in this role, good communication skills and business development skills will be required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Discuss, follow up and maintain professional relationships with all clients / distributors / customers. Current portfolio are Europe, Oceania and Asia region.
- Updating the distributors on any company's new products and also have constant discussion in developing new products to fulfil the region's needs and demand.
- Develop and manage the processes and procedures to support the distributor's operation matters such as A&P, stock management and products visibility in the market and also to ensure distributor target achievement, promotional support to trade are executed as planned in order to enhance relationships and achieve sales performance and business plans.
- Reinforcement and enhancement of specific business terms such as suitable terms, account marketing activity, overall stock control.
- Work with internal stakeholders to propose cost saving and revenue generating opportunities and sustainability management.
- Analyse market intelligence reports, identify new business opportunities to expand business and maintain an efficient portfolio for same.
- Provide necessary training / presentation to distributors and their staffs so they will have better understanding / knowledge on the company products
- Managing the monthly collection closely
- Supervise Export Team to ensure everyone is achieving KPI set by the company and report timely to the HOD and also providing problem solving solution to the rest of the team if any Export matter arises
- Supervise Shipping Team ensuring proforma invoices and freight arrangement are carried out accordingly to avoid any delivery disruption
- To be involved in preparing contracts with suppliers and distributors in accordance with respective countries.
- To prepare monthly sales reports, KPI review by quarterly basis, management presentation, yearly business plan etc and any other reports or analysis for the Head of Department or as per requested by the company management
- To be involve in the risk management in identifying the possible risk for Export Department
- To draft and register all related Export Department SOP such as contract review procedure, pricing SOP and customer feedback form
- To be involved in the company Food Safety Team to ensure Export Department operate within the BRC requirement
- Managing and planning various overseas exhibitions to promote and opening up new markets also providing support when needed if the distributors are participating in any of the exhibitions.
- To undertake the Head of Department duties when the HOD is away or necessary
- To undertake and troubleshooting any other responsibilities to sort out any problems in Export Department from time to time.

**Qualifications & Experiences Needed**
- At least a Degree Holder in Marketing / Sales / Mass Com or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) export industry will be an added advantage
- Sales results oriented and fast response to all enquiries and follow up
- Excellent communication and business development skills
- Must be result oriented and self-driven. Highly organised and able to multitask
- Good personality, able to work in a team and independent.
- Able to travel locally or overseas.
- Willing to start immediately will be an added advantage

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- FMCG/ F&B industry: 5 years (preferred)
- Exporting to Europe, Oceania and Asia region: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)
