REQUIREMENT:
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- Mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya 5 tahun pengalaman sebagai secretary
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Merancang dan memastikan jadual harian pihak atasan berkenaan urusan kerja sentiasa teratur dan menepati masa yang telah ditetapkan
- Menguruskan sebarang tempahan untuk urusan travel pihak atasan dan syarikat seperti hotel, kapal terbang dan lain-lain.
- Menghadiri atau mewakili majikan dalam mesyuarat.
- Mencatat dan menyediakan minit setiap kali mesyuarat.
- Menguruskan sebarang surat-menyurat dan emel pihak atasan samada berkenaan urusan pejabat atau peribadi.
- Menguruskan urusan peribadi seperti pembayaran bil atau pembelian barang dapur.
- Menjaga segala kerahsiaan peribadi atau syarikat
- Menguruskan segala dokumen berkenaan pensyarikatan supaya sentiasa dikemaskini
- Berkeupayaan untuk bekerja mengikut jadual yang fleksibel seperti waktu malam, hujung minggu atau cuti.
- Berkeupayaan untuk bergerak dan bekerja di luar pejabat untuk melaksanakan urusan yang berkaitan jika diperlukan
Contract length: 12 months
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
