**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Project Oversight:

- Collaborate closely with the consultant to understand and contribute to project plans.
- Assist in developing timelines and milestones, ensuring structured project implementation.
- Monitor project progress, providing detailed updates and addressing any deviations.

Data Collection and Analysis:

- Engage proactively with customers to collect and analyze data related to sustainability initiatives.
- Implement a meticulous approach to data analysis, identifying key metrics and trends.
- Ensure comprehensive and accurate data collection through collaboration with stakeholders.

Sustainability Reporting:

- Take ownership of preparing detailed sustainability reports, aligning them with reporting standards.
- Communicate/Report findings and recommendations clearly and transparently.
- Uphold the integrity of sustainability reports, promoting compliance and ethical reporting practices.
- Monitor projects for compliance with regulations and standards, demonstrating attention to detail.
- Address any discrepancies or deviations promptly and systematically.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Establish effective communication channels with project stakeholders, demonstrating independence and initiative.
- Provide regular updates on project status, achievements, and challenges with a clear and detailed approach.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns from customers and other stakeholders.

*Perform other coordinating / administrative tasks as assigned by the company.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in environmental science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related role is encouraged to apply, preferably in sustainability or environmental projects.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to convey complex data clearly and accurately.
- Excellent in using the Microsoft office, i.e. Excel, Word, PPT.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, emphasizing a structured and systematic approach.
- Knowledge of sustainability reporting standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI) is an added advantage.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey sustainability concepts to diverse audiences.

**Work arrangements**

Initially as hybrid mode (work from home + office)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
